Our History
From Small Starts to Commercial Building Across the Carolinas
K&Y began by developing our own commercial spaces, which gave us a front-row education in what makes a builder reliable. We learned quickly that missed details, unclear scopes, and unreliable schedules don't just slow projects down — they cost real money and create long-term problems. Building for ourselves forced us to see every decision through an owner's lens, where durability, efficiency, and accountability actually matter.
